In looking into the past, we are able to see a path in which these obstacles can be overcome.
Our ability to learn and understand the concept of divine transmission and how it makes human transformation possible is now a matter of life and death. Not the life or death of a person, or a thousand persons, or millions; rather the annihilation of the natural world, of all major species of mammals, of the vitality of the oceans, seas and rivers, of the purity that is in all of creation.
It is possible we are past the point of no return, that there is no amount of human transformation that can stop the train from driving off the cliff. Perhaps this version of evolution which has resulted in us, ends here. We end our story with the dominion and last rites over the land, air and seas.
It is possible that what we need is a miracle. A great awakening of sorts. And a miracle is possible only when asked for. We must ask. And we must prepare ourselves to receive what we are asking for, knowing that there is always an exchange in life, even when dealing with the heavens.
Religions often disagree the degree in which divine nature has inhabited a saint, or messenger, or messiah. Across many thousands of years and across the globe, however, there is little debate on the divine possibility of man. The further back in time the more contention as to the meaning of the divinity in an individual.
Through the dim lens of our current age, it can be difficult to believe that humankind really is nothing but a brute, driven only by war, destruction and death.
Yet we can look around the world today, and past into history, and see those living in the light; themselves becoming brightly burning light.
Individuals who awoke within themselves a divine force that altered the possibilities of humankind.
In their lives are lessons for us today, of what we must be willing to sacrifice and suffer to attain what we are asking for.
If we do not ask for it, we cannot possibly expect for it to happen. With the asking there is a willingness to change ourselves. As with inner struggles, we now know we cannot possibly survive what is to come without help from the heavens. The seeds have been planted for generations, and with the coming reaping, we must pray.
We know what we must do, and that there will be few who are willing and able to row the boat.
